Colors that don't fade
The dyeing of our bobbins is done in rolls before the confection which allows to guarantee a uniformity of the colors in the time.

What are the production steps?
Raw materials
- Yarn sourced in Turkey
Weaving
- All the weaving stages of our personalized bobsleigh are carried out in Portugal at DOMINGOS SILVA GOMES in Barcelos, Northern Portugal.
Dye
- All dyeing stages are also carried out in Barcelos, Portugal, at Iris - Tinturaria e Acabamentos, S.A.
Cutting and packaging
- Our customized bobbins are cut and manufactured at Larga Imagem.
- The 6-strong family-run Larga Imagem workshop has been GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified since May 2022. License number: 155155-GOTS
- The workshop was also audited by SMETA in June 2022.
Packaging and transportation
- Optimized packaging: no polybags, recycled and recyclable cartons
- Truck transport

Of course! To do this, nothing could be simpler! Just provide us with your Pantone, and you're done!
What area can be embroidered or screen-printed on your personalized bobbins?
You can choose the area you want, but the easiest way is to contact us and send us your logo so that we can give you a simulation.
Where is your custom bucket hat made?
Our bobs are made in Portugal, at Larga Imagem, a long-standing partner whose factory is just a stone's throw from Porto.
Are your bucket hats lined?
Yes, all our bobs are lined with cotton poplin. That makes them indestructible.
