What are the production steps?
Raw materials
-Our stainless steel comes from Acerinox in Spain
- The various stainless steel coils are transported directly to Normandy to carry out the construction operations of the body
Construction of the body
All these steps are carried out at the Degrenne factory in Vire, Normandy, France :
- Cutting of stainless steel
- Stamping of stainless steel plates
- Body welds
- Neck welds
- Neck thread
- Body trimming and brushing
- Installation of the seal
- Laser engraving
Construction of the cap
- All the stages of cap injection are carried out in Louvigné in Brittany, France within the production units of the LFP company.
Packaging
- Packaging printed in France: all Made in France bottles are sent in FSC cardboard packaging produced in France.

Yes, they're all Made in France and certified Origine France Garantie®! The body of our bottles is made in Normandy, while the cap is made in Brittany.

We can engrave the water bottle on an area measuring 3 cm wide by 7 cm tall.
Is the cap leak-proof and BPA-free?
Yes! We perform leak tests as part of our inspections throughout the production line!
What is the minimum order requirement?
We offer engraving for orders of 20 gourds or more.
