What are the production steps?
Raw materials
-Our stainless steel comes from Acerinox in Spain
- The various stainless steel coils are transported directly to Normandy to carry out the construction operations of the body
Construction of the body
All these steps are carried out at the Degrenne factory in Vire, Normandy, a Living Heritage Company:
- Cutting of stainless steel
- Stamping of stainless steel plates
- Body welds
- Neck welds
- Neck thread
- Body trimming and brushing
- Installation of the gasket
- Laser engraving
Construction of the cap
- All the stages of cork injection are carried out in Louvigné in Brittany, within the production units of the LFP company.
Packaging
- Printing of the packaging in France: all bottles Made in France are sent in FSC cardboard packaging and produced in products in France
