What are the production steps?
Raw materials and dyes
- Velvet sourced in Turkey.
- All dyeing stages are carried out at Class Wash in Várzea, Portugal.
Cutting and packaging
Our caps are cut and made at Larga Imagem :
- The 6-person Larga Imagem family workshop has been GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified since May 2023.
- License number: 155155-GOTS = GOTS-C-0038836
- The workshop was also audited by SMETA in June 2023.
Packaging and transportation
- Optimized packaging: no polybags, recycled and recyclable cardboard.
- Truck transport.
