- All of our pins are made entirely in France by our partner, a small-to-medium-sized business certified as an "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" that has been manufacturing pins for nearly 100 years.

Production steps
- Manufacturing of the injection-molded part (3D modeling, machine programming, machining, and polishing of the part).
- Zamac injection molding
- Vibratory finishing (precision polishing and finishing),
- Pointing
- Surface treatment of bulk packaging in cardboard.
- Hand-painted with a syringe.
Transport
- All our pins are packaged in bulk in cardboard boxes.
- They are transported by CO2-compensated road haulage.

Where are your pins made?
They are all made in France! The raw materials are sourced in France whenever possible.
What are they made of?
All of our pins are made of metal. For a list of materials and production steps, please see above!
How long does it take you to produce?
We need 90 days, including the time required to approve the final proofs.
