- This cork yoga mat, which can be customized with your logo, is entirely manufactured in Portugal by our partner, a workshop in the Porto region that has specialized in making cork products for 20 years.

What are the production steps?
Raw materials
- Location: Cork (bark harvested mainly in Portugal and Spain)
- Sole: EPDM (an elastomer known for its strength, durability, and traction)
Manufacturing Process
- Bark harvesting in Portugal and Spain
- Manufacture of the EPDM layer in Spain
- Bonding the two layers using machines with high-pressure heated rollers
- The cork is then sanded to smooth it out and maximize its slip-resistant properties.
All of these production steps (excluding the EPDM layer) are carried out in the Porto region at our partner’s facility, which has specialized in cork production for 20 years
Transport
- All of our rugs are packaged in bulk
- They are transported by CO2-compensated road haulage.
