Manufacturing
All our pencils are made in Portugal in the town of S. João da Madeira at the Viarco factory.
Manufacturing processes :
- The wood is cut and receives the white glue and the lead, which gives a "sandwich" of wood - lead - wood - The sandwiches are cut into pencils of different shapes;
- The pencils are varnished (base color);
- Printing can be hot-foil, 360º silkscreen or pad printing;
- Pencils are soaked, then sharpened and cleaned

Packaging and transportation
- The pencils are packed in small boxes per 144 units. These are then placed in a transport box.

How to personalize this pencil?
You can personalise this pencil exactly as you wish: logo on raw wood or on painted wood, carbon lead or not, eraser or not... In short, we have extensive options (quantity surveyors are even available!).
Where does the wood for your personalized pencils come from?
The wood for all our personalized pencils comes from sustainably managed forests, mainly in Europe. Our partner factory in Portugal is FSC (Certification C150732) and PEFC (PEFC/13-31-195) certified.
How are your pencils packaged?
Our pencils are delivered in cardboard boxes in batches of 144, then packed in shipping cartons. They can be sharpened or unsharpened before shipping.
How long does delivery take once my order has been confirmed?
It takes 30 days to receive your pencil order.
